Carnival comes to our house!

We came home from work one day to find that three huge troupes of Carnival dancers had taken over the street. They were giving a "private" show for the Japanese embassy!

Gelato!

Last month Evie had her first gelato on her birthday, but we forgot the camera (always a good excuse to go back for more). Today we remembered, and after help on the first bite from mommy Evie took command of the spoon, and ended up a total bliss case...

Evie loves cards, her favortie game by far being 52 pick-up... Here she is trying to get mommy to play three card-monty, but we are on to her now!

Easter Egg Hunt

Evie attended her first Easter Egg Hunt this year (she was too small last year) and as you can see she had no trouble finding some eggs!

Happy Birthday! ( part 1)

It is hard to believe that a year has passed already! Evie had her first birthday paty on Sunday, and as you can see it was a "Hello Kitty" themed party. Lots of friends came, and we had a piñata and "Hello Kitty" cake- which Evie greatly enjoyed!
